Video Camera Crew and Media Production Packages

Crew Packages:

  • One or more videographers with your equipment.

  • One or more videographers with standard or custom equipment packages.

  • Sound Engineer with standard or custom equipment packages.

  • Sound Engineer equipment package, and optional lighting, grip and second b-roll camera.

  • Videographer and Sound Engineer with our equipment, and optional one or more Production Assistants.

  • Multi-camera productions with our equipment.

Please contact Tim Nixon for day rates based on a 10 hour day. Half day rates are available. No hourly rates.

Production:

  • Pre-production and script development.

  • Talent search and rehearsal sessions.

  • Location and/ or studio production.

Editing:

  • Graphics and animation.

  • Narration recording and music selection.

  • High definition or standard editing in widescreen or regular screen.

  • Format conversion for web streaming and DVD authoring.

Distribution:

  • Duplication and FTP upload.

  • Web design with video integration.

  • Kiosk design and manufacture for museums and point of sale locations.

Which video formats are available?

We work with most formats in tape or file based HD and standard definition.

Several formats are in-house with many others available through our partners for a custom production package, based on your requirements.

Video cameras and formats:

  • Sony CineAlta HDW-F900/3 with a Fujinon 4.5mm x16 and/ or 7.8mm x22 HD Cam.

  • Sony EX-3 with the Fujinon 14x and SxS cards.

  • Sony Z1U with HDV and DV formats.

  • BetacamSP with a Fujinon 6.3 x13 and/ or Canon x15 with 2x doubler.

  • The Panasonic Varicam/F with a Fujinon 4.5mm x16 and/or 7.8mm x22 with DVCProHD

  • Panasonic HDX-900 with a Fujinon 4.5mm x16 with DVCProHD,

  • Panasonic 200 and 170 with P2 cards.

  • Canon 5D Mark II with a variety of lenses, matte box and audio adapter.

Location equipment list:

Audio:

  • Shure portable 3x2x2 mixer with field case and quick release cable.

  • Lectrosonic and Sony wireless transmitters/ receivers.

  • Tram, Lectrosonic and Sony lavalieres.

  • Beyerdynamic handheld mics, hardwire Sony lavalier or handheld mics.

  • A boom operated A-T shotgun microphone with Zeppelin wind protection.

We also feature a multi-track recording studio with outboard gear, a variety of musical instruments and computer based mixing.

Lighting:

  • (2) 500 watt 3'x2' soft lights with stands, diffusion and gels.

  • (2) 500 watt and (1) 250 watt beam focus with barn doors, stands, diffusion and gels.

  • (2) 1K dimmers, (2) C-stands with gobo arms and grip bag.

Optional lighting equipment includes a 2K tungsten fresnel, silks, HMI joker 800, 575, 200 and 125.

Support:

  • Sachtler tripod for HD.

  • Vinton tripod for BetacamSP.

  • Manfrotto tripod for HDV and DV.

  • Portable jib for BetacamSP, HDV and DV.

  • Levelcam/ LevelPod handheld system for SxS. P2, HDV, DV and DSLR.

Grip:

  • Equipment includes an all-wheel drive van that seats 8, carts, monitors, c-stands, flags , backdrops and reflectors.
