Music Video's:

MTV was created for an emerging market of kids who grew up watching Sesame Street. VH1 then addressed the same market as the demographic got older. Plus, the video's were freely available from the record companies.

Baughan Productions has recorded several live performances and many music driven documentaries. One memorable production for MTV featured "Slayer" at a midnight New Years Eve performance in Denver.

Our biggest audience was on "NBC Nighttracks" with a music video featuring Lyle Lovett at Red Rocks. He performed the "Grateful Deads" "Friend of the Devil" for a DVD compilation entitled "Deadicated" with proceeds intended to help save the rain forest.

Tim Nixon at Baughan Productions not only directs music video's, he has musically scored several documentaries and is also a singer/ songwriter with a long list of his own songs to transform into music video's.
